There are many IM (Instant Messaging) programs out there. We've seen most customers use the Yahoo or Microsoft Messenger program. However, there are many other versions out there. For example, Google has a free program called Google Talk. There is also a program called Pidgin that will "talk" to many of the most popular IM systems.
